Please provide as much detail as you can about any pensions you want us to trace.

We can only trace pensions based on the information you provide. The more accurate and detailed your information is, the better your results are likely to be.

Please include, where possible:

• Employer or company names
• Approximate dates you worked there
• Pension provider names
• Policy numbers, membership IDs, or reference numbers

Example of poor information:
“I worked somewhere in retail a few years ago”

Example of useful information:
“Tesco, Sales Assistant, 2010 to 2014, pension with Aviva”

Even if you are unsure, please give your best estimate. Incomplete or vague information may result in pensions being missed.

Most pensions are linked to your employers. If you do not provide clear employment history, we are unlikely to find all of your pensions.

You do not need exact or up-to-date information. Enter what you can remember — such as the company name, location, or any part of the address.

You must include:

• Company name (or part of the name you remember)
• Approximate dates you worked there

Also include if you can:

• Location or address
• Pension provider names
• Policy or reference numbers
